Typically, a smart contract’s security is limited by its programming. Developers can now utilize BSECAlink’s account security service to further enhance security by integrating two-factor authorization (2FA) directly into the smart contract. Particularly useful for securing online cryptocurrency accounts, 2FA requires users to provide multiple verification steps additional to a username and password. The verification can be in the form of an SMS text message, authentication code, or email confirmation.
